We ship internationally with express mail service, including US, UK, Canada, France, Australia and other countries.
Free Shipping for junior bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses and wedding Shoes.
Shipping fee for all other dresses are USD $30 per item.

It will take approximately 1-3 days for us to approve, process your order to our tailoring team and sometimes we will verify the shipping address with you before we process your order to the delivery team.
(Kind Notice for Wedding Dresses Products: It will take 12-17 business days to tailor your wedding dresses by our professional dressmakers. Then it will take approximately 5-10 business days to deliver the dresses to you. In most cases, your wedding dresses will arrive at you within 17-27 business days after order confirmation (approximately 25-40 days). Please place your order at least 1-2 months prior to your wedding date. Thus there could be enough time for us to custom made your wedding gowns and make it available with fast shipping. especially it will afford you enough time for alternatives if necessary.)
Return Policy
We only accept returns of damaged or incorrectly delivered merchandises.
(Kind Notice for Wedding Dresses Products:) It's customers' responsibility to order the right size, color, style since all sales are final. Because all dresses are made to order and manufacturers start making your dress at time of order, they do not keep inventory of any dresses. So we don't accept returns or exchanges if there is no quality problems.
For all the other products, In case of returning, please follow the following steps:
1. All returning requests due to quality problems or incorrectly shipped items must be approved by SpotVogue within 3 business days after receipt of order.
2. Please provide us with the Authorization of the shipping goods. Failure to approve the Authorization will result in no action.
3. Also please send us the delivery company you use and the tracking number to send the item back. Failure to do so will result in no action too.
4. Merchandises returned must be in new condition, you can try it on, but don't make it dirty or altered.
5. In case of accepting returning request, buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless SpotVouge sends you the wrong item.
6.Products expenses will return to customer by credit card or bank transfer or other payment methods. Please notice that customers should pay the shipping fee to send the package back, if refunded for returned items, we will only refund product expense and we won't refund the shipping fee in your original order and the restoring fees(10% of your order amount).
Important: Please always email us first if you would like to request returning. If we accept the returning request, we will email you the detailed instruction on how to return your package.
